Short post tonight. We had a busy weekend. Today is Sassy Pant's 11 mo birthday and her daddy's 35th!
Forgiveness
Matthew 6:14 For if you forgive others their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you (attitude: forgive because you love the Lord)
Let's be honest forgiveness is a huge challenge and is often times something God must deal with our hearts about.
Without it our friendships and relationships fail, and our heart fills with bitterness. For my children to be the spouse, friend, etc that God has called them to be, they MUST have a forgiving heart.
God help me set an example in my home of forgivenes. Keep Jason and I from counting wrongs and holding grudges.
Lord let my children forgive others as you forgave them. Teach them that forgiveness isn't a sign of weakness, but rather a representation of an uncommon strength!
